Current Projects:
  * Protein Geometry Database - Tool for searching and simple analysis of geometric structures within proteins.  Enables research that will lead to better medicines.  Is a rewrite of existing code that is several orders of magnitude faster.  Searches went from >15mins to <1sec.
  * Pydra Project - Job oriented framework for parallel and distributed computing.  pydra-project.osuosl.org
  * OLPC Printing - Printing support for Sugar.  Grant from HP, Nearing completion.
