Current Projects:

• Protein Geometry Database - Tool for searching and simple analysis of geometric structures within proteins. Enables research that will lead to better medicines. Is a rewrite of existing code that is several orders of magnitude faster. Searches went from >15mins to <1sec.
• Pydra Project - Job oriented framework for parallel and distributed computing. pydra-project.osuosl.org
• OLPC Printing - Printing support for Sugar. Grant from HP, Nearing completion.

• ORVSD - As of 5/1/2009: 260 schools using Moodle with 18,000 students/teachers. Salem-Keizer SD, Silver Falls SD public web on Drupal
